Customized types

Each standard HYDROZON® gas generator can be customized to fit the specific needs of individual businesses, whereas the larger and more powerful systems are generally already equipped with the necessary features.

Some typical customizations include: Customizable PLC-Interface for communication with a supervising unit/master computer   Additional safety and supervisory units equipped with electronic sensors Automatic refill systems (ARS) for continuous operation Specialized equipment for fully automatic systems capable of running in shifts or 24 hours at a time.

The HYDROZON 4LE ARS is just one example of the customizable solutions offered.  It comes equipped with an automatic refill system (ARS) and can be combined with an automatic filter and mixer unit (ASU).   The ARS automatically refills the mixer with distilled water allowing uninterrupted operation and gas production, while the ASU continuously checks the quality of the filtering wool and mixing liquid.
